1. Eligibility for Returns

Time Frame: You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or custom-made products, as well as any items marked as final sale, are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Send an email to our customer service team at contact@tamybeadsbags.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order, using the template provided below.
Receive Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will review it and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item(s).
Package Your Return: Carefully package the item(s) to avoid damage during shipping. Include the RAN and a copy of your original receipt in the package.
Shipping: Ship the item(s) to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@tamybeadsbags.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective item. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

4. Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
